A crisis consists of two protagonists, the producer of the crisis, and his victims. Most victims react by going into crisis-intervention mode, as expected by the producer of the crisis, and he usually successfully counters it. Ariel Sharon, the producer of this current crisis – the expulsion of thousands of Jews from Gaza – has an almost insurmountable advantage. He has rid his Cabinet of dissenters, holds sufficient MK votes to block the necessary 61 no-confidence votes to dethrone him, controls the army, police force, Supreme Court, and the media. The crisis-intervention mode is weak.. Victims are fragmented in their attempts to halt the Sharon bulldozer. Aliza/Manhigut wrote on April 21, 2005: “With all due respect for the Human Chain, the legal mass demonstrations, the visiting of homes (mishlohei manot), and the marches, these fine and important activities, and the millions of shekels expended on them, did not bend the government's hand by a millimeter.” One means to successfully end the crisis is to get 61 or more MK’s to pass the necessary no-confidence votes in the Knesset to overthrow the current government. They must be made to realize that the loss of Gaza represents a existential threat to the nation, and a death warrant for themselves and their families. A nation under attack must postulate worst-case scenarios. The loss of Gaza’s security belt puts Tel Aviv and other coastal towns and villages under direct threat of artillery fire, exploding easily-obtainable chemically-laden shells. Five million Jews would die within minutes. Do the MK’s and the 45% of Coastal Israelis who voted for the evacuation of Gaza’s Jewish residents want to take that chance with their lives and that of their families? I think not. Missiles fired from great distances can be intercepted. Shells fired from short distances cannot. Former Chief-of-staff Moshe Ya’alon stated that Israel is "on the verge of a catastrophe." This crisis presents a golden opportunity for Israelis to correct long-festering structural defects, which have caused this and numerous other crises (Oslo, bringing Arafat into Israel’s heartland, the many retreats, Agreements and Accords only honored by Israel, domestic and foreign affairs directed and controlled by the U.S., the U.N., the E.U., and others while Israel stands on the side-lines. Fixing the structural defects simultaneously eradicates the Gaza evacuation threat. Many Israelis have told me that it is too late to take the actions I propose. If they are the majority, Israel cannot long survive and I urge those who can to flee before it is too late, as my dear mother and I did as bombs were falling on the Antwerp harbor in World War II. Constantly retreating must end in the dissolution of the Jewish state, at which point, “Israelis would undergo the tribal-religious fate of massacre and expulsion,” according to eminent Arabist Pryce-Jones (The Closed Circle, p 281). Shuqairy surmised that “none of them [Jews] will survive.” Israelis must proclaim itself a sovereign nation,
which, without frontiers, it currently is not! It must then assert its
eternal sovereign Principles, consisting of “Permanence, Security, Peace
(Kviut, Betahòn, Shalòm). Rabin tried to obtain Peace through
appeasement. Netanyuahu promised Security and Peace, Both failed. Both
gave up Permanence, a sovereign nation’s most important Principle,
handing out parts of Israel as if they were pieces of Salami to a clique
of genocidal terrorists (Fatah started with six co-conspirators on a
beach in Kuwait as did Hitler’s Nazi Party in the back of a Munich
beer-hall), all for fleeting moments of respite. Since then 1700
Israelis have been murdered. Permanence requires declaring a nation’s
eternal frontiers, never to be reduced under any circumstances. If 61+
M.K.’s can be convinced to pass a no-confidence vote, their first action
should be to declare the above immutable Principles. Ariel Sharon has
hopelessly destroyed Likud’s credibility. A fresh party, possibly named
Kviut, Betahòn, Shalòm, would unite Israelis, bringing then a plan to
finally and quickly end the suffering of a tortured nation. Hopefully,
the plan will give those MK’s sitting on the fence the backbone to do
their duty. “Permanence,” refers to Israelis declaring their sovereignty
over the land, “one nation, under G-d, indivisible,” terms identical to
the oath of allegiance sworn to by Americans at all public events. David
Ben-Gurion declared: “No Jew has the right to yield the rights of the
Jewish people in Israel. No Jew has the authority to do so. No Jewish
body has the authority to do so...No concession of this type is binding
or obligates the Jewish people. Our right to the country - to the entire
country - exists as an eternal right, and until the full and complete
redemption is realized, we shall not yield our historic right” (Basle
Zionist Congress, 1937). Abraham
Lincoln asserted in 1862: “A nation may be said to consist of its
territory, its people, and its laws. The territory is the only part
which is of certain durability.” Israel’s leaders never learned that
lesson. Time for new leadership to take over.
How does
this Principle affect "the current Gaza crisis?" Already too late! But
the “Permanence” Principle immediately reclaims Gaza, and all of Yesha,
and establishes that nobody, be it the Knesset, The Israeli Prime
Minister, the PLO, the U.S. or anyone else can give away or seize even
the most minute part of Israel. The grotesque concept of Jews expelling
Jews has already occurred. It must be reversed. A mythical Palestinian State and a fake “Palestinian population” with rights to all of Israel (see the PLO’s official maps), came out of the vivid imagination of Ahmed Shuqairy, hired by Gamal Nasser in 1964 to create such a state and its population, and the military organization (the PLO) and its Charter. In his memoirs, Shuqairy reminisces: “Firstly, I started by laying down the Palestinian entity on paper, like the engineer who traces the plan of a building with all of its foundations, details and measurements. I wrote, altered, erased and changed the order of the articles until I formulated the 'National Covenant' and the 'Fundamental Law' of the Palestine Liberation Organization.”(From the Summit to Defeat, with the Kings and the Presidents). Shuqairy himself acknowledged before the Security Council: “It is common knowledge that Palestine is nothing but southern Syria" [itself but a province of the Ottoman Empire until the victorious Allies carved it up in 1918]. Nasser created the Palestine Liberation Organization (no Arabs from Israel invited) to destabilize and ultimately conquer Israel, and to save face vis-à-vis Syria which had taken Fatah under its wing. “Palestinian rights” come out of the barrel of a gun and have no legitimacy whatsoever. Now, after decades of poisonous brain-washing , and following the Arab principle of obeying whomever is the current power-holder (Arafat then; Abbas now), they have become a highly inflamed population. When Israelis return to being the power-holders over all the land and take charge of their domestic affairs (with frontiers, outside authorities are prohibited from interfering in Israel’s domestic affairs), Israelis can immediately shut down the genocidal propaganda in the mosques, the schools, the media; and wipe out the small genocidal elements within the country. Most Arabs in Israel are recent immigrants from surrounding Arab countries (see Joan Peters’ From Time Immemorial), who came to Israel not to overthrow it, but for jobs and better living conditions for their families than those they left behind in their home countries. Under Israel’s benign rule, they will return to being peaceful residents of Israel, as they were before Rabin recklessly invited Arafat’s poisonous presence into Israel’s heartland. Remember, prior to 1993, there was no home-based terrorism, no suicide bombings, no hundreds upon hundreds of innocent deaths, no retreats, appeasements, efforts to “negotiate” with the “Palestinians.” There was no talk of an Arab state in Israel’s heartland. Arabs worked side-by-side with Jews, pointed out where foreign terrorists were hiding to the IDF, donated blood during Israel’s defensive wars, and in 1954, 60,000 Arabs signed up for army service (foolishly rejected by the Knesset). In contrast, during WW II, a unit of Japanese-American soldiers was the most highly decorated one in the American army. With permanent frontiers, Israel takes sole charge of its domestic affairs. As a true sovereign nation, Israel must correct the citizenship flaw in its Declaration of Independence, which otherwise must eventually bring about the Jewish nation’s demise, even if it survives the Gaza crisis. This is the Arab demographic time bomb. The Knesset must declare Israel to be forever a Jewish-democratic state; not a Democratic-Jewish one. Many countries are religious states, most prominent 22 Arab ones. Israel, the only Jewish state in the world, must declare that only those who swear allegiance to the Jewish nation qualify as citizens This disenfranchises almost all Arabs, and certainly the Quisling Arab M.K.’s. Pro-“Palestinian state” Jews will not qualify either. The world will strenuously object but without legal standing. This does not mean expelling Arabs. Peaceful Arabs will enjoy all civil, religious, legal, educational and other rights equal to Jews, except for the right to vote in national elections or to hold office in the Knesset. They can live and work anywhere. With genocidists eliminated, the Wall and Fence can be removed. The Plan peacefully defuses the Arab demographic time-bomb two ways (see the P.S.P. Plan). Israel emerges as a permanent sovereign state, far more secure vis-à-vis its Arab neighbors than before, and finally domestically at peace (shlom bayit) Israelis, present a better plan for a victorious conclusion to the war, or discard this plan and bear responsibility from this point on for every needless and avoidable Israeli death.
